Who we are
WasteAway, a garbage pickup service in Tbilisi. Contact: hello@wasteaway.ge, +995 571 60 09 99.
What we collect through the form
Your name, phone number and email (if you give it); your building's address and details, or its location on the map (if you place a pin); and, if you add them, the name and phone number of your building's chair.
Why
To answer your request and to start WasteAway in your building. We use the chair's contact only to tell the chair that residents of the building asked about WasteAway, and to offer a meeting.
Legal basis
Your consent (the tick in the form). For the chair's contact: our legitimate interest in reaching the person who represents the building. On the first call we tell the chair where we got the number. If the chair does not want to be contacted, we delete the number and do not call again.
Who sees it
Only the WasteAway team. We do not sell or share your data. The data is stored on Cloudflare's servers.
How long
Until your request is closed, and at most 12 months. A chair's contact is deleted right away if the chair says no.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@wasteaway.ge. You can also contact Georgia's Personal Data Protection Service.
The map
When you open the map, your browser loads the map images and the address search from OpenStreetMap. The search text you type is sent to OpenStreetMap's search service. Your location is used only if you press "Use my location", and only to place the pin.
Cookies
The public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
